Stone Natural - Flagstone

Flagstone is a natural stone material used indoors or outdoors for paving. This material can be sawn top or bottom making a very easy installation. Numerous types of stone can be used giving different colors and textures. The stone on the left is patterned in different sizes. Another type is shown on the right which is called irregular. This is all sizes and shapes and thicknesses, it costs less but the labor is more intense. Sawn material is more costly but is offset by the labor savings.

We keep on stock a large amount of the different types of Flagstone. Patterned material should be installed with a joint of concrete or Gator dust. Most patterned types are set for a 1/2" joint, so that if you wish to set them tight, using multiple sizes this cannot be achieved. Sawn material is sawn top and bottom then flame treated on top so it is not slippery, making this a good DIY project. There are hundreds of types of Flagstone but may take months to order, so if you are looking for the very unusual start early.

Belgium Blocks are used for paving in small sidewalks or patio areas. This gives you a very rustic look with a beautiful textured surface. Shown are 2 colors that we carry plus a black not shown. These are available in 2 sizes 4 x 8 or 5 x 9

These are also widely used for a flower bed edger.
